As a facilitator, Doug delivers training in an engaging manner – ensuring participants get the most of out of the learning experience. In workshops the focus is on delivering a change in behaviours, skills and knowledge that can be applied back in the workplace.  He has the ability to explain complex, new and different concepts in a way that both makes sense and also challenges accepted paradigms.
