Over the last three decades, Ron has provided facilitation and coaching support to a diverse range of clients involved in industries such as mining; construction, oil and gas, agriculture, education, retail and government agencies. The major focus of that support has been on developing group and individual leadership capacity via specific acumen such as strategic planning, managing conflict, change management, internal consulting, and having challenging conversations.
Ron feels privileged to help leaders fulfill their potential both in Australia and overseas which has resulted in several assignments in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and India. These experiences have enabled a unique insight into varying cultures and in turn, has demonstrated flexibility in applying leadership strategies that are aligned with the needs of the individual in that particular cultural environment.
